The historical building which had been used as accommodation during Robert Collage period, built as masonry in ground level and wooden structure, plaster finish on laths at upper floors. The building had been used as accommodation for a while by Boğaziçi University too and some annexes and compartments added in that period.

After necessary research and examinations, the original form of building brought out by demolishing latterly added annexes and divisions.

The building was going to be used for educational purposes. As a result of the technical examinations and calculations, masonry ground floor strengthened with two steel arches, timber structure first and second floors supported with laminated wooden columns and beams. Moreover, by the calculation of horizontal movements and torsion effects, building stabilized by connecting bearing beams of slabs to each other with timber planks.

Floor coverings, ceilings and walls, façade and roof of the building restored faithfully to the original and electro-mechanical installations designed and implemented according to the purpose of usage without disturbing the original appearance of building.

Restoration works done faithfully to the original plan and façade drawings and pictures of building, every original pieces and old fireplaces restored as per original. The old cistern in the garden floor preserved by fixing the rainwater channels which feeds it.
