Mantar Restaurant is one of the spaces built within a project in Kocaeli, Derince District, Harikalar Sahili main structure done as reinforced concrete and afterwards it is formed with steel mesh and sprayed concrete according to the designed shape and created a mushroom appearance.
Steel material used for the mezzanine floor of the restaurant and classical materials and wood used in interior spaces. The dome shaped restaurant ceiling painted with special paints and gilding to create an effect of sky with shining stars. The covered pavilion of the restaurant is for 250 seats and there is a 300 m2 terrace at the front. Top of terrace covered with a wooden pergola.
